Thermal curtains and grids

Thermal curtains and grids

Thermal screens, or curtains, are used in winter and off season production with heating in professional mushroom greenhouses and greenhouses.

Thermoenergetic curtains are an integral part of the control of microclimate in the most modern greenhouses and greenhouses. They are made with different percentages of energy efficiency: IC Clear of 43% with 20-22% direct sunlight, but with diffused light transmission as much as 94 to 95% (winter production of flowers) up to IC 100 where energy efficiency is 75% but the shade is almost complete 98-99% (winter tomato production). In winter-time vegetable production, most of the IC 50% shields are used that save up to 55% of the energy, although the shadow of 46-48% is as much as 74-75% of the sun’s light.

Thermo-reflective networks represent the very top of the technology not only in reducing solar radiation in objects of protected and semi-protected space, but also in complete climate regulation.

Namely, Aluminet O 40% eliminates short-term morning frosts even up to -6 ° C, which practically enables very early cultivation of vegetables in the network and without the installation of low tunnels, or additional lutrasil overlaying. These meshes prevent the burning of the fruits and significantly reduce the air temperature (4-5 ° C in relation to the outside temperature measured in the shade).

For our conditions in the production of vegetables we recommend the use of aluminum networks with 30-40-50% shade, and in the production of flowers 50-60-70%, while for poultry goes up to 80% of the shade. If the heat reflective grids are used inside the greenhouse, then they are different weaving and have the mark I (Internal).
