Treatment of seeds
Useful micro-organisms and their respective mixtures are increasingly used as biostimulators, or as microbiological fertilizers in all aspects of plant production. In the pastry, for the group leguminoza, especially for soybeans, the use of nitrogens, or different strains of bacteria of the azotofixator, for the treatment of the seed immediately prior to sowing, is known. Since recently Zeleni hit has new innovative preparations for the treatment of corn seeds – Panoramix and soybean – Eco Riz Soya. For the treatment of sugar beet, other crop and vegetable seeds, we use the Trianum P and Rizovital preparations in the indicated quantities, according to the printed instructions for each plant species.
Panoramix maize is a brand new, innovative biological product in liquid form, containing useful microorganisms and additives, and is intended for the treatment of corn seeds. It contains the species and strains of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus megaterum, Trichoderma spp. and endomycotic organisms Glomus spp. which are equally stable at both high and low soil temperatures. The powerful root system adopts much better nitrogen and phosphorus, which can save up to 20% of mineral fertilizers. Bacillus very quickly colonizes the root system, starting at a temperature of only 8oC and, in addition to reducing the negative impact of drought, contributes to better nutrient absorption. Trioderma provides colonization over a longer period of time, improves plant resistance in general terms, prevents stress due to increased salt content in the rhesophosphorus layer and also enhances nutrient intake. Specific endomycorrhagic microorganisms work the same way, but within the root tissue, as with additives (humic and fulvic acid), the yield increases from 15 to 20%. Panoramix is applied to the seed immediately prior to sowing, preferably 2 weeks before, but can be waited for up to a month. If seed is treated according to a special protocol, sowing can take 3 months. It is stored at 8-15oC, exclusively in paper bags. It is much easier to apply to the seed compared to powdered preparations. Standard machines and lines can be used for treatment, and the preparation can be mixed with most conventional fungicides and insecticides, or applied to the previously treated seed. There is no need to apply supplemental adjuvants. It is applied in an amount of 2 ml / kg. Fast, strong growth, strong root system, resistance to stress due to drought and disease, are the main advantages of treating corn seed with this preparation.
Panoramix wheat is a product of similar composition, balanced for the needs of winter wheat and other strata. It is applied in quantity of 4 ml / kg seeds, and treatment is done 1 – 3 days before seeding itself. The preparation is complementary to most chemical protective agents used for dusting or wet treatment of cereal seed. Particularly good performance is demonstrated in combination with the use of the CoteNTM Haifa Fertilizer line, where the amount of affordable nitrogen during autumn and winter depends exclusively on soil temperature.
Eco Riz Soya twin pack combines the use of the bacterium type Bradyrhizobium japonicum WB74 and Trichoderma harzianum KD. They are applied in the amount of Eco Riz Soya 1 g / 1 kg + Eco T 1 g / 1 kg of soya seed. It gives extraordinary rapid colonization, a very rapid increase and initial nodulation. In this way, the negative effect of drought is avoided in a significant degree, as the fertilization and growth of the pods comes before the adverse conditions in the field occur. Increasing yields relative to the use of standard inoculation preparations is easily detectable, even visually. In addition to the increased number of pods in the crops treated in this way, we have three large, fully developed grains in each mahogany, which maximizes the yield. By treating the seed to a great extent, we eliminate the negative impact of stress. The preparation is stored at a temperature of 5-25 ° C for up to one year.
