Venturi, pump doses and mixers
One of the most important advantages of water-drop irrigation, micro spraying, or capillary system is the possibility of very precise nutrition of cultivated crops, whereby a solution of one or more tanks is taken from the solution of high quality fertilizers in an adequate proportion and together with water for irrigation supplies to each plant individually in the same amount.
Venturi kits
Venturi system is the simplest device for the quantitative method of fertigation in production on the soil where the feeding is practiced at longer time intervals. This system favors vegetable growing models with a relatively short cycle of production in more simple greenhouses. Considering the use of only one vessel with a fertilizer solution, the diet is usually based on finished NPK formulations with microelements and does not involve mixing a large number of fertilizer formulations.
Dozer pump
A more precise application of fertilizers can be accomplished by dozerpump, MIX RITE, an Israeli manufacturer Tefen, which can be used to achieve very precise solution adjustment, ie, the salt concentration (EC) and the acidity (pH) of the final solution, which emits the emitter, i.e. plants. The adjustment is done very easily at the pump itself, and it is based on the setting of the percentage share of the parent solution (dissolved fertilizer in the tank) in the total amount of irrigated water (the amount of water passing through Mix Rite). By combining 2 or 3 pumps with electro-valves, EC, pH sensors and digital controllers (programmers), it is possible at affordable prices to automate the irrigation and nutrition of smaller areas in horticultural production on a proportional system, which leads to great savings in all-season cultivation models. Tefen pumps are also used in other areas of agricultural production, primarily in the application of medicines in water for feeding on livestock and pig farms. Disinfection and disinfection barriers for vehicles can also be controlled using this pump, while industrial plants and technology lines for food production can be disinfected in this way. All of them, as well as pumps used in car washers, have different markings depending on the purpose and type of chemicals used: fertilizers, drugs, acids, chlorine, soaps, other corrosive liquids, and the like. The capacity of these pumps depends on the size of the irrigation system and the amount of water that is distributed at the same time.
Computerized fertilizer machines
The most up-to-date models of year-round vegetable production on soil and on substrates require very precise control of the dosage of mineral fertilizers, acids and other nutrition and integral crop protection. The ITUMIC fertilizing machines have a motherboard of computers connected with electroencaps to multiple tanks for marine fertilizer and acid solutions, a central mixing tank and a high pressure pump for dosing into the system, where through the EC and pH sensors and via the valve on individual gully, in the pre-programmed sequence, performs the exact application of the final solution. Such machines are used for modern projects in hydroponic production technology where it is necessary to achieve very precise control of irrigation, as well as in soil production with large systems and a large number of gutter sections. Without such machines, professional hydroponic production is very complicated, and in some cases (production on minerals) is practically impossible. On the same motherboard, a number of sensors are attached to the software, which can monitor the changes in humidity, temperature and EC value of the solution in the medium. In smaller systems it is possible to connect the temperature and humidity sensors to the system for blurring and controlling microclimate in the bottle on one motherboard. The ITU CAG control system that is connected to WiFi, or the local Internet connection can be accessed at all times via WEB address and to achieve the appropriate visual control of the system.
